Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Digital Products

Digital products that are generated based on the buyer's vehicle identification number (VIN/chassis number) are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are made to the consumer's specifications and/or constitute digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to such products.
